I just got a new computer. No internet yet, though, so don’t get all excited that you’ll hear from me more often. But it does have Vista, which is actually quite nice. If you’re a gamer, I wouldn’t recommend it right away, though, since the drivers aren’t quite perfect yet, but if you’re just surfing the net and word processing and other such things, it’s amazing. However, one of the first things I did was disable the User Agent Control, which is that “Cancel or Allow” thing in the Mac commercials. I hate those commercials, by the way. Anyway, other than that, things are great on Vista.

Um, and I’m finally writing again, which is quite nice. And POV‘ing. And playing games. Stuttery sound won’t stop me. Although I’m finally able to play Liquid’s next-to-last game (their last one was Desperate Housewives which I don’t intend to get–ever), Dragonshard. Fun so far. And I just bought the expansion to Galactic Civilizations 2, but it’s a pain in the ass trying to figure out how to get it to my home computer without internet. The default downloader just installs it for you, rather than saving the update files to transport to the home computer. Kind of annoying, but whatever; I ordered the CD version, so if I can’t get the download to work, the CD will arrive someday and I’ll just use that.

So, long boring post that really says nothing. But I am alive, which I guess some people might care about.
