Abort / Retry / Ignore

While transitioning to a new domocile, I’m apparently switching internet providers, and will probably be out of contact for a while. Luckily, we’re going with someone (anyone) other than Qwest, so it should take less than six months to get it up and running. (You hear that, Qwest? You suck!)

Not that anyone will notice, but hey.

[update]: As predicted, I picked up the Open for Business expansion for the Sims 2 before getting a singel comment. It was on the list the longest.

You know you’re a gamer when the hardest choice you have is whether to spend the thirty dollars you’ve somehow managed to save (while being unemployed) on the new Magic: The Gathering expansion, the new Sims 2 expansion, or the new Metroid Prime Hunters.

Decisions, decisions. Feel free to comment with advice. But judging by my current rate of comments, I’ll probably have made the decision by the time I get one comment. Feel free to comment anyway, to tell me what a horrible choice I’ve made.

I’ve finally put up a new chapter. This one is part 3 of the Gathered Flowers storyline. Unfortunately, the only people that are likely to read it are those who’ve already read it while previewing the rough draft for me. However, while two of you just made suggestions… My mother printed them off and went through them (all three) with a red pen. I can always count on her for honest criticism. And abuse. So, thanks to her suggestions, minor changes have been made to the previous two chapters as well. It’s nothing huge, so you could survive not reading them if you already have, but they’re slightly changed. Just so you know.

Now then, go read it! The Mentalist (title subject to change). I’m disabling comments on this post, because the story has a comments link at the bottom. So use it.
