Read this and tell me you don’t think those parents need to be slapped. Hard.
I’ve already volunteered to donate a dollar if someone sets up a paypal or something. But only if it’s to buy the kid a camera. She shouldn’t have to buy a new camera because of shitty parents. But if the kid returns the camera, I’d be happy to help him get a new one.
Also, this is my first time sending trackbacks. I hope it works, cuz neither site has a specific trackback url listed.
[update]: Wow, this thing’s all over the web. I hope those idiots get the clue. The person who lost the camera has so far (rightly) refused to post their information, but someone will find it eventually. Such is the power of the web.
I’ll run the risk of sounding like a bitch here, but that kid doesn’t deserve anyone to buy him a camara to replace the one his parents stole. The sooner he learns that life sucks and isn’t always fair, the better. This is obviously not a lesson his parents are going to teach him.
Yeah, what morons. I’d have sued on the spot, no pity, no conundrum.
They live in Canada, which complicates legal resolutions. The lady said she’s already contacted their local PD, and they won’t do anything.
